Is it possible to sand data to a digital camera as if it's a flash drive?
Posted on May 27, 2008 under Digital news and reports |I need to send data to my SD card, but windows XP wont let me because it's a camera. Is there anyway to make windows let you put data onto a digital camera?

Take out the memory card and put it in the reader on your computer
Windows will think it's a flash drive

When used with a card reader, a memory card works exactly like a USB flash drive. So, you can transfer ANY file type you like. However, you will most likely NOT be able to view images you transfer to the card and then insert back in your camera, because your camera will only generally let you view images that the camera itself had taken and the original file name has not been changed in any way.
