Is Cox Digital phone service an internet based phone service?
Posted on Jun 25, 2008 under Digital news and reports |I get lost in the wording on their website right now and their customer service phone # closes at 9p.m. We have had magic jack (totally sucks! major thumbs down there) and are needing to have some kind of internet based phone service where we can make unlimited long-distance phone calls all day long for our at-home business. Any feedback, comments, suggestions, etc. on Cox Digital phone service?
On a side note, Vonage is our last resort right now. Please just advise on Cox if you have any info. pertaining to it. Thanks!

Yes, the box they install to provide your phone service also doubles as a modem.
