why is everything about digital signal more clear while it is an approximate conversion of analog signal?

A digital signal is a discrete signal that can have only to values. 1 and 0. (logic high or logic low). Because of its simplicity it can be sent through a system without any distortion or loss of information. Analog signals are easily distorted by the natural frequency response of a system.

All signals are approximations of the original.
An analog signal suffers distortions through every stage it goes through. To make a vinyl record, there are distortions and losses in the microphone, the amplifier, the cutting head to produce the copy. This is subject to physical damage, scratches, warps. When played back, you can get losses and distortion from the pickup, the amplifier, and the speaker. Most of the problems in this chain are in the interactions with the mechanical processes of cutting the vinyl and reproducing the signals via a mechanical pickup.
In a CD, the analog signal is digitized with enough bits so that any errors are very low, on the order of 1 in 65000 (16 bit recording) or 0.0015%. Now as the digital data goes through the process of formatting, manufacture, reproduction, pickup, etc, there are NO losses or distortion, since it is all digital data. It's only when the signal is changed back to analog that more errors can occur. Amplifiers can be designed so that errors and very small. It's only the speakers that prohibit an almost perfect reproduction.

The digital signal can be transmitted and played back with less loss from the original. With for instance digital TV, the new signals will provide more channels for each station to transmit within their given frequency and will allow them to transmit farther without losing signal strength. If a digital signal is received it is there or not. An analog signal can have noise in it and still be received. Thats why we have snow in out TVs now. After Feb. next year snow will be a thing of the past. You may get signals where not all the data got through so some of the pixels are missing but for the most part you will see better picture.
