looking for a new portable device to listen to music since my psp is broken. which is better digital touch screen or ipod touch??
The price has to under 10,000$, I want one that has the most powerful optical zoom, I also want it to be a superzoom that is a great camera! Anyone who can find the highest zoom gets 10 points!
I play guitar and sing my own songs. Are there any digital recorders that would allow me to record my music and then listen to it on my PC. I do not want to spend a lot of money and would want to take the device with me when I travel, so it has to be compact.
I purchased a Sony KDL-46XBR4 and am trying to get Dolby Digital from a cable box to a surround sound receiver. I learned from Sony that when HDMI is input into the TV, the optical output only provides 2.1 channels of PCM. Using the TV tunner is the only way to get DD from the TV. I consider this a design defect. A direct cable box to receiver connection results in a a/v sync problem due to TV video delay. Is there any solution outside of purchasing a new reciever with hdmi and video sync?
If the HDMI chipset did not allow dolby digital output, shouldn't have Sony designed in some other work arround?
Why is it that the cost of the right to download digital media from online merchants like i-tunes, amazon, etc is not that much lower than purchasing the physical cd? I mean computer storage space is cheap and getting cheaper, we aren't paying for any of the manufacturing costs of the stuff, why isn't it priced accordingly?
Okay, I asked this question before, here it is again because people gave me answers like use the software & connect the usb cord to the camera::
I have a Vivitar ViviCam 8400 digital camera. I cannot get pictures to download. I supposively downloaded the driver for it, but I cannot locate it. It told me to restart for it to work, so I did and nothing. I cannot figure out how to get these pictures off the camera and on to the computer. Any ideas or help?

I do not have the original software, but it has been done before but I just cannot remember how my family member did it and they dont't either, also it says cannot connect to the camera. I just need another way of doing this or any good info I can be given. I have the camera connected to the computer. It detected new software, but did not find it, etc…
