Can you upload a video to your computer without a digital camera?

I want to upload a video to my computer but I don't have a digital camera. Is it possible to do it from your phone? Any other suggestions?!?!?!

What is a good amount of megapixel's for a digital camera?

I have never bought one before. Im looking for one to be used to take everyday kinds of pics. I dont need one for professional photographs. Expensive, as I see ones with higher megapixel's. I dont want a cheap one either. What's a good range to buy in?

Just bought a Canon Powershot S5 IS digital camera and Im getting alot of noise in my pictures that should be?

So I had a Sony Cybershot DSC-H10 8.1 MP camera and I wanted more features and something more similar to a DSLR without actually getting a DSLR. So I got a Canon Powershot S5 IS and I think Im being paranoid, but the pictures are coming out alot more grainy or noisy than my Sony Cybershot…
Heres 2 sample pictures (disregard the fact that I took a picture of myself lol)
On photobucket, since theyre downsized, you cant tell as much. But when its full size 8 MP its almost disgusting.
The picture of me was taken with no zoom what so ever, and no flash.The picture of the dog was taken with like 6x zoom, and no flash.
Set on Auto Setting.

Any advice as to why theyre coming out sloppier than my Sony Cybershot would be great. And no comments like "oh the sony cybershot is better thats why" because thats not what I want to hear after spending $350. ty

How can I take great nightime photos with just a Samsung Digital?

I really want to take great pics of animals in the night like owls and bats- the problem is I just have a Samsung Digital i think its a s730 or something like that- what do i need to take these kinds of pictures?

I dont want buy the wrong camera and regret my decision. I also dont want to take proffesional pics just a camera for everyday pics.
