Has anyone used Cox Digital High Speed Internet? If so is it reliable?
Posted on Aug 27, 2008 under Digital news and reports |Has anyone had problems with Verizon DSL internet???? I constantly have a signal that has limited connectivity. Tech support has done everything in the books and nothing works. I think they screwed up the installation some where when installing it in my neighborhood. I’m tired of this as I need a reliable internet service for my college courses that are online. I am wanting to go with Cox digital high speed internet. I was wondering if anyone has had Cox high speed internet and if it is reliable????

The only problem we had with Cox was when they were installing some new lines in the neighborhood. Other than that, its been very good. They have an automated trouble shooting service that has worked whenever we’ve needed it and they gave us a new modem when we needed one. So I think Cox does a good job, I am happy with their service.
