how do i get a digital copy of a movie on to an ipod?
Posted on Aug 31, 2008 under Digital news and reports |i bought a movie and uploaded the digital copy onto my computer, but my ipod(30 gb) wont take it. Any ideas on what to do? I tried the official website but myabe i am doing something wrong.
i bought the dvd from best buy so it isnt bootleg. its stubborn as a mule
its wmv format. And thank you in advance for your advice!

Make sure the file is an mp4. try to drag and drop the file into itunes and see if it takes it. if not go to google and type in psp video 9 and find the link for the ipod converter and recovert the file. a lot of dvd’s say digital copy but that jsut means you can watch it on the basic media player on your computer.

You should make sure the video is MP4 or H2.64 video for iPod. I like this DVD to iPod Video Suite to rip DVD movie and convert videos in any format to iPod. It is the fastest converter I have used. Also, the output quality is great.You can download this software free from here
