I have an Olympus FE-15 Digital camera with 1GB XD-Picture Card.But I don’t know how to use the panorama and the 3D functions of the photos.I need a brief answer.

i go to a lot of concerts so i would love to know which camera out there would be best for pictures and videos.
i was looking at the cybershot and the powershot, but i think the powershot might be too expensive.
i was looking for a camera under $200 but if you think theres a really good camera over 200, hopefully under 250 i would love to know about it.

I am using a digital converter box and am receiving a horribly, choppy picture. the picture fades in and out…What is the possible problem? it is a fairly new box, it is a magnavox brand. I also currently have an antennae hooked up to it. Do I need a different box, another anteannae or would some type of repositioning, etc, help. thanks
