My digital camera is less than two years old but has suddenly stopped working. Please help!?
Posted on Sep 09, 2008 under Digital news and reports |It was fine until I took it on holiday. I was on the beach and it was rather windy and lots of sand flying around. So I am guessing that’s the reason. It just seemed to freeze and just makes a beeping noise. There is nothing helpful in the manual. I don’t know whether it’s worth getting it fixed either. Any ideas???

Unfortunately, digital cameras are not as sturdy as the ones before the digital age. The inner parts are so small and sensitive that the slightest bumps or dust could pose a problem. If you can get your camera cleaned at a reasonable price I would go for that, but otherwise I’d get a new one. You never know if cleaning fixes the problem and you might be throwing money away trying to get this one fixed.
