My local ABC affiliate (WPVI) has AccuWeather, and local news as subchannels. My grandmother’s ABC affiliate (WNEP) has Newswatch 16 Anytime as a subchannel. Does ABC plan to continue the local approach, or are therelans for national subchannels.

I was just wondering if someone could tell me what would cause this and if my camera is completely done for…
When I put the battery on the charger, instead of the charger light staying a steady red, it flashes red. I let it charge all night and put it back in the camera and when I pressed the power button the green light came on then went off, but it didn’t say ‘battery depleted’ like it would have otherwise. My mom said we might just need a new battery, but she isn’t very tech-savvy and I was just looking for a second or third opinion.
