What is a good painstshop program? Not looking for digital photo retouching program.?
Posted on Nov 01, 2008 under Digital news and reports |I’m trying to find an easy to use paintshop program for Windows XP. I want it for helping to color designs and hand-drawn pictures, not to retouch photos. Any ideas?
If it's a free download, there also has to be some proof of being virus-free!

For the creative minded, try ‘Artrage’.
There is a freeware article (little kids luv it) and a full function paid version.
