HELP?! I Can’t Download The Digital Camera Software Into My Computer!?
Posted on Nov 29, 2008 under Digital news and reports |I just bought the Canon SD1100, and I put the Digital Camera Solution Disk ver. 33. 0 in my computer, and it didn’t work. My computer has glitches, is there any way, I can download the software thing online?

Go to the canon website and you might be able to download it there, you can also contact customer support, they usually get back to pretty quick.

There is no driver needed for XP or Vista. If you loaded the disk that came with the camera you should have software that will download pictures.
Some of the canon cameras require you have them switched into display mode, as you would do if you wanted to look at the pictures on the camera. That is the case for this Camera, you have to hook up the cable, turn it on and switch it to playback mode to download the pictures
