What time does TV change to digital?

The switch has been postponed for June I believe.
Stations have already switched to digital channels. On that day, they will simply stop transmitting the analog signal.

im pretty sure their not doing that till june now the news will let you know when that happens.

Stations are digital now (mostly), so the "to" digital part is done.
The second part of the transition is to turn off analog, which is now supposed to happen on June 12, midnight. I am not to sure, but I think it means if the calendar says 12, analog TV will be gone.
