Digital TV signal delay?
Posted on Feb 24, 2009 under Digital news and reports |I know I had eighteen months to get a converter box, but i was busy. Will I still have another 4 or 5 months to get the converter box, and can I sue someone if I lose my signal and become uninformed and unsafe.
