TV question about the switch over from analog to digital?
Posted on Feb 24, 2009 under Digital news and reports |If I just have a regular TV from 10 years ago and have a cable connection. will I notice a difference in a clearer picture or do i need a plasma ot LCD to notice a big difference

Your picture will be the same. It should be good coming through cable and will remain good.

the converter box will make the screen look way better it like your playing amovie that clear it gona look n you got a few choises 1 get converter box(from coupons) get a plasma or h def tv or get dirct tv but if u get box you dont need to buy a new tv ot subscribe to direct tv all the box does make the screen look 10 times beter n you get more cahnels

I am pretty sure that you will see an increase in picture quality. It will not be on HD level but it will be better.
PS could you search for 'hhheeelllppp! What is wrong?' and help me out? Please. Need help

the only thing that is changing is tv networks, once the cable is in the tv networks are handling the rest (i.e. changing their channel number, reducing commercials, etc)

A little better picture quality, but mainly the sound since its not an HDTV.
DTV is June 12 now as oppose to Feb 17.
