Yes actually you can but you uploading pictures to Memory Card and if Memory Card is inside the camera you have pictures in your camera some cameras has build-in memory plus memory card… all you need to do is: connecto your camera to computer via USB and from "My Computer" pick correct icon showing your Camera - this icon will show up after you connect computer with Camera… good luck

If you just copy the file to the memory card the DCIM (digital camera image management) system will not have the needed information for the camera to see it.
