  1. I would use paypal for the transaction what are the rights given for the photograph is there a contract wrote up you should make sure all that is taken care of before photo leaves your possession. Check with the purchasing party on how they would like it sent if it is not there first time buying photos they may already have a method set up. Check here for some information on selling your photos for stock if you would like.

  2. It depends on the website.

you don't have to worry about being paid if youre selling to yahoo or microsoft. you get put into their system and they send the check like they would with any oftheir other vendors.

selling to flybynightcompanyx.com is different. you have to make sure to protect your property from theft. do this by getting all the info and evidence you need to win the lawsuit youre going to file against them when they refuse to pay. of course you should do that before giving them any photos. remember that you may be dealing with international law or the laws of another country. the internet is not limited to the USA's borders or laws.

    paypal?
no. there are too many loopholes where they can get the money back and leave you hanging. get a paper check and wait for it to clear the bank processing.

    sending the file?
only one photo? email works fine.

  3. You accept payment in anyway that is convenient to you.

How does the client want the file??
Do they want the full res shot or web res?

Have you given the client a proper licensing agreement?

Basically sort it out with the client.
