Will WQAV ever use Channel 38?

Will they be allowed to stay on the air as a low power station, even though they will interfere with WCAU-DT when they move from 67 to 34?

  1. Low power TV stations can remain in analog until 2012 according to the FCC rules on the digital TV switchover.

From my understanding, WQAV will use channel 38(.1) after they make the necessary upgrades fom low power to Class 1 (full power) broacasting.

Digital broadcasting has no LP set-asides.
