I have a Canon Rebel Ti and I want to get a digital base that works with the lenses that I have?

I'm guessing you want a DSLR that will use the lenses you have for your Ti. Any Canon DSLR will work for you.

Any Canon DSLR will work. For something similar to what you all ready have look at the Canon Rebel XS or XSi. These will be very similar in feel and operation to your Rebel Ti.
As far as lenses go you can use all of your film lenses on any of the digital cameras. These are all called EF lenses. The digital cameras also use EFs lenses. EFs lenses are designed for the smaller sensors on digital cameras. They will not work on your film camera though.
There are really only one or two EFs lenses that I feel are worth having. The 18-55mm lens that comes with your camera. It is the equivalent of the 28-80 lens that came with your Ti. For the money you might as well have it. The other is the Canon EFs 10-22mm wide angle lens. If you want really wide angle shots this is the lens you need. With the exception of the 10-22 there are better EF lens equivalents.
