my tv has a digital tuner but still wont work?

U will more than likely need a converter box.
Some digital TV's still won't work without one…depending on its manufacture date.
ALL analog signals were officially shut off last Friday, June 12.

Did you get good reception before the transition? Did you try a RESCAN? Have you tried moving the antenna? This site will give you an idea of what you should expect to be able to receive: http://www.fcc.gov/mb/engineering/maps/

are you sure it has a digital TUNER? some tvs sold a few years ago were called "HD" ready meaning they needed a separate tuner box. anyways if you are sure, do a rescan through the tv menu
