Western Digital 640GB AAKS or AACS?

i already have a western Digital 400 GB KS hard drive i had run out of space and i decided to upgrade i used my pc for downloading animes and watching videos,editing them, photoshopping and playing a lot of games which hard disk is best for me i heard AACS is green power and but has low RPM abt 5,400 and AAKS is faster and has 7200RPM but heard the hard disk fails faster.
