Digital camera with good video recording?

I need to buy a digital camera which can do nice video shooting too . Can you suggest some latest models ! It should be in the price range $200 to $300 .

    Canon sx100

    I have it, and it takes very high quality photos and videos , the only problem is the video file size comes up a little big. but its nothing you cant work with. and its around $250 so its a great deal
