Why am i having lots of static since the digital switch over?
Posted on Aug 28, 2009 under Digital news and reports |Since the digital switch over i have re tuned my tv and im getting LOADS of static and jumping and when your listening to music channels thats the last thing you want so how could i stop that?
I have freeview tv btw.

you need an better antenna
either mount it outdoors or in the attic
on some boxes they have a button on the remote titled "signal" when you press that it starts beeping, adjust the antenna so that it beeps faster for a better signal.

You can build a DB4 antenna. They are simple to make and cheap too. They work better than the store bought antennas I have. There is a step by step guide to building one here:
