Anyone else agree that a non-digital HPT doesn’t feel as heartbreaking as the digital HPT readout?

I was just remembering taking my digital ClearBlue home pregnancy test and reading that "not pregnant". Ugh, it felt awful. It feels worse than reading those silly line tests. Or maybe it’s just me.

Well sometimes with the lines you still feel hopeful and think that there is a faint line you just can’t see well. With the digital it is right there in words "Not pregnant." There is no wondering about it. It is what it is so yes I do have to agree. It is somewhat of a bigger let down.

Oh yeah..no doubt. My husband and I are on vacation with my family, and I have a lot of symptoms. We went out and got a test, everyone else waited upstairs, and I was all giddy just knowing it was the one. Well, I walked back up crying..it was just there.."NOT PREGNANT." I felt like it was making fun of me in a way..lol. We are trying for a baby..and this was our first test..

  3. i remember taking mine a few days ago, one of those lines one…and when it showed the neg. line i cried like a little baby but still thought i could be pos….i was goin to get the clear blue but i would just have been more heard broken, i problay wouldnt have gotten out of mine bed for days…

  4. I feel the same way! I think the line test ive me hope that maybe there is still a slight chance? The digital just kinda puts it out there for ya!!

  5. I would have to 100% agree with you. It kind of works the same in the opposite way too.

When i finally got my positive, it didn’t feel real looking at the 2 lines. And then i read PREGNANT… and i almost fell off my chair.
