If it is built with a Sony/Minolta mount then it will. Third party lenses are built for the specific mount of every camera manufacturer. If it is a Canon or Nikon mount then it will not fit. Verify the mount before you buy it.

As long as it is a Sony/Minolta A (alpha) mount, yes then it will fit. One thing you have to remember is that if this was a lens for a 35mm film camera, you have to multiply the focal length by 1.5 because of the smaller sensor size in the Sony A200. What this means is that the 100-300mm lens will become a 150-450mm lens on the Sony A200.

If it is SIGMA 100-300mm Telephoto Zoom Lens for Minolta and Sony SLR Cameras,it can use with Sony A200

That is a rather old lens. I found a test report, in Shutterbug, dated August 2000. It was offered in the Minolta Maxxum mount which is what your Sony A200 uses so if its a Minolta Maxxum mount lens it will fit.
The newer version is the AF 100-300mm f4 (D) EX DG IF. $1.379.00 at B&H. http://www.bhphotovideo.com

Sony dSLRs use Minolta mount lenses so watch out for that when hunting for lenses. Sigma manufactures lenses for different brands so I’m pretty sure there is a Minolta mount you can use to replace the one on that lens if it doesn’t fit your camera.
