I want to know if I will have to change the type of coaxial cable I have been using before I buy a new digital tv. Or can I just keep the original rf coaxial cable and just connect it from my rooftop digital tv antenna and connect it to the tv via a digital vcr and digital video disc recorder to the tv without buying any new kind of coaxial. Currently I use an analog television and I use a digital dvd recorder but my current vcr is analog.

And i was wondering what would happen if i took a picture outside at night when its dark with the flash on.cause i want to try and catch some orbs or whatever

i was wondering if there was a way to take out the cd player/casette player, and connect an ipod or something and play the songs that way? or maybe some other interface? (never did like ipods.)

I really enjoy doing digital scrapbook pages, but I am tired of searching for the right kits that I want to use. So I want to start making my own…but I don’t know how…any help? sites? or anything? Once I get the hang of that I want to sell some of the kits, How do I do that?

Ok so I’m contemplating getting an A40 mixamp because I’ve heard great things and it sounds like it could solve a lot of my problems. Right now I have my xbox sound hooked up to my soundcard via analog (it has no SPDIF input) and out through an onboard headphone amp it has and going to HD650 headphones. It has 2 built in DSPs, Dolby Headphone and Prologic IIx.
It sounds alright I guess…DH sounds decent enough, but when you put Prologic on it sounds very echoey and too far from the head. Obviously there’s 2 big problems with this setup. One is since it’s all analog, I’m going from digital –> analog –> digital –> analog which is probably taking its toll on the sound. Another is since it’s analog, I’m only getting 2 discrete channels for the DH effect, instead of the 5 you could get with a digital connection.
My question is, how much better will having 5 discrete channels vs 2 channels make the dolby headphone surround sound? I know it’s still "fake" surround, but I want to use headphones. A lot better or just a little? Anyone heard both that can comment?

Right now I am a college student. I want to do graphics design or something like that for my career. I enjoy doing movies on movie maker and playing with graphics and somewhere along those lines. Do you think Digital Media is worth something that I could do for the rest of my life?? Please let me know.. what are your opinions about UCF, Digital Media and this career?

My girlfriend’s birthday is coming up and I need suggestions for digital cameras. I am looking to spend between 225-300 dollars. I am also looking for a camera that takes good pictures at night. I myself have an NV3 Samsung and it is horrible when taking pictures at night.
