Do low quality cameras cause light colors to just blend together? I am wondering because i have noticed that any picture of me, taken by a cellphone camera, seems to show a total lack of detail in my hair. My hair is very blond and it just seems to look like one solid mass. It is very odd.
So, do low quality cameras have trouble picking up detail in of lightly colored things?

I have accidentally deleted all the digital images and movies stored in my Sony cyber shot digital camera (DSC-s700 ) and on my digital camera memory stick (sony memory stick) ,so I have the following two questions :-
1. is there any software to recover the deleted digital images and movies?.
2. and if I tried some ineffective software and they did not work fine , might these software effect the retrieval for those images in the future by more effective software?, because I found some software in the net but I am afraid to try and use them .
Thanks

I’m looking for the best program to organize my digital photos for a specific project. The project entails digitally sticking photographs together to form panoramas. I am looking for software that will allow me to lay the photos on a virtual type desk and size them and everything so I can pick through the good ones (i.e. not blurry or to grainy) to put into photoshop or microsoft ICE. Does such software exist? If so what is it and where can I get it?
