How to transfer pictures from my digital camera to the computer?
Posted on Oct 20, 2009 under Digital news and reports |I have the olympus fe 360. I do not know if it came with a cd or not to install the software onto the computer, but I have the wire that comes with it to connect to the computer but not the cd if there was one. I can’t transfer the pictures from the camera to the computer how can I do this?

You really shouldn’t need the CD. Does your computer recognize when you plug in the USB cable? The computer should even come up with a box asking what you want to do?
You can check olympus website and see if you can download what ever program you think you need?

Get a usb card reader (very cheap and available everywhere). Connect it to any usb port on your computer. Then put the camera’s memory card into the card reader and a screen comes up for you to see your pics and transfer them to whatever file you want to on your computer.
When you are done, you go into the toolbar at the bottom of the computer, click on the reader’s icon, hit safely remove device. When it says it’s safe, just unplug it from the computer, pull out your camera’s memory card and you are done.

with the camera off hook up the camera to the computer with the wire you got with the camera. then turn on the camera. if a menu does not come up on the computer then go into the menu on the camera and find the downloading or transfer button and do your thing.

Just go to the website that your camera was made from and try looking up the drivers for it.
