making a digital picture smaller?

I have taken some pictures in my digital camara downloaded them to my computer and them i upload them form my computer to there website the problem is i need the make the pictures smaller becauce on there website u dont have a lot of space i have already uploaded 2 and they are being cut off i have 3 more to upload and i want them to to the full picture how can i make the pic. smaller?

If you have microsoft office 2007, go into tools, you should be able to crop them according to size, without to much trouble. I hope this helped you.

Go to any image editing programme like Paint or anything… Open the photo in the programme. Go to the IMAGE on top,k click, RESIZE…click… and eneter the new size of the picture you want.
One note of caution however, Just notice how much dpi (pixels) the picture is in. If you are sending just for on screen viewing, 300 dpi would be useless and make the file very big. Reduce the dpi to 96. Reducing the dpi will increase the size of the picture. Reset the size again.
Click Ok
Another note of caution : Resizing cannot be undone. So save the original somewhere and resize only a copy of the original file.

Define the desire size, then go to http://www.shrinkpictures.com/, and make the resize on line.
