Digital tv help anybody? please?

I just got digital tv but theres something wrong, i cant seam to get any signal. my signal status is almost empty and i was wondering if anyone could help me. i tried calling the company but they just fed me Bull! i plug’d in the cable thingy but it still didnt work. and am real sure i dont have any wires left
am sure its digital tv. i got the whole pack. with HD too. (Ziggo, Alles in Een) Dutch for Everything in one
i have the New super slim Philips. its got not so many plugs. the plugs go into the black box next to it

what to look for in a good digital camera?

i want to get a good digital camera preferably under 150. i really want it more or less for nature photography i know i want a optical zoom vs digital. it would be nice if its reasonably durable. but what i really want is one u can adjust the lighting on.ie taking pictures at nite of semi lumenescent object(stars lights ect) or taking early morning pictures so they dont apear dim. if any body has suggestions of specific cameras or extra features to look for that would be helpful
