Not sure about plugs in france? (regarding digital picture frame)?

Alright so my boyfriend lives in France and for christmas i want to get him some sort of digital picture frame however i believe most of those must be plugged into the wall? im not sure. Anyways, since they have different plugs there i was wondering if theres a site (in english) with digital picture frames that work with french plugs OR if there are some that opperate on battery?

Learning Digital Scrapbooking Techniques to Make Photocards?

I would love to learn the essentials of digital scrapbooking. Mainly I’d love to be able to make photocards such as the type pictured below. (I’m an Etsy addict that there are TONS of amazing photocards being sold on that site). Do you think these kinds of things are constructed using digital scrapbooking techniques, or designed from scratch by very talented designers? Just wondering whether this type of thing is in the reach of someone that is computer savvy but doesn’t have a graphic design background (but I’m a quick learner!). If so, any tips or the best way to learn would be awesome and which programs you prefer to use (I’ve heard good things about Photoshop Elements).

Every single day I look at my digital clock and I always see it at 11:11 and it really creeps me out, and no I don’t look at the clock all the time I just randomly look at it at times and it’s always on 11:11 anyone know with it could mean?

Western Digital External Hard Drive on Mac?

I have a WD external hard drive that worked on my mac until earlier today where it wont even recognize that its plugged into the mac. I asked a friend of mine to transfer a bunch of stuff on it (he uses Windows 7) and he might have formatted it, but i’m not sure…how do i get it working again on my mac?
I just waited for about 10 mins and the thing recognized it…not sure why it took that long but as long as its working i’m happy. Thanks

Is everyone in the US getting Video/Audio jitter since TV went digital?

I think the problem is in the feed since it exists across varying providers in my area. I know of the existence of problem on 3 different cable providers and 2 different satellite providers. What’s up with that?
