i want AT LEAST 12 megapixels and AT LEAST 4x optical zoom, anything higher for either would be wonderful!

maybe a touchscreen but it doesnt matter
pretty easy to use
and it cant be like over $250

I get straight from the wall cable via an analog cable. Can I get a converter box and have it output the signal with RCA cables to a VGA port on a computer monitor? I want to get a 1080P monitor for gaming and have a 1080i TV wtih tv tuner. Would it be a waste?
I do use it for tv, I just want 1080P, even though I know it won’t be a huge difference in quality. I am always wanting bigger and better lol. I should just be happy with what I have.
For my bday my mom just bought me a new toshiba windows 7 laptop and I bought sims 3 at the ea store for digital download.. the dowload began yesterday morning and is not even halfway done this morning, it says I have like 12 hours left. Is this normal? Should it really be taking this long?
