I need help with a Sony digital camera?

I have two questions.
How can i make the picture still?
Like when i take a picture, i’m not steady but the camera captures the whole movement and i upload it to my computer and it comes out multiple times because the picture is moved…
I dont get it. but it you dont either, tell me ill explain it better…sorry!!
and the other one is, How do i turn on flash??? it frustrates me because i want flash in dark pictures..

You make the picture still by holding the camera still, or putting it on a support that will hold it for you. This will not stop subject movement issues, but the flash might.
Somewhere on the exterior of the camera is a button with a lightning bolt shaped icon. That is the nearly universal symbol for the flash. With the camera on, press that button while looking at the rear screen. You should see options on what you want the flash to do. Set it for Auto and you should be fine.
If that doesn’t work, the flash may be broken and not work at all. Unusual, but possible. In that case, it would be cheaper to buy a new camera than to have the flash fixed.
