We have a 2008 HDNI Sony Digital 52" Lcd TV with DISH satellite reception. Cannot get local digital channels.?
Posted on Jan 29, 2010 under Digital news and reports |Bought a HD Digital Antenna and hooked up-still it cannot find channels on search. This is in the Augusta Ga area. Think we need a Geek to help us. We orig. got those channels,but somewhere along the way, the signal was lost. Had a new digital board installed-nothing. Help

check the antenna polarization it may just require rotating through 90 degrees look at all the other antenna in your neighborhood that will tell you, a channel search will often not find anything you have to do a fresh install

DISH should be able to help you with this. Also, you might have to go into the signal source menu on your DISH receiver and reconfigure something. Some of those gadgets have antenna A, and antenna B, and so on. I’d call DISH. They know that sort of thing.
