I have the fuji finepix s1500 and i love it but i can’t help but feel there are so many more things i would be able to do if i understood iso or how to change shutter speed ect. I have looked through the manual multiple times but they don’t seem to cover any of those things, where can i learn how to use my camera to the fullest? thanks in advance.

I am saving up for a Nikon D40. It’s going to take a really long time to save up for it, but I already have the money to buy a regular digital camera. I was looking at the Nikon Coolpix or Exlim, but I know nothing about cameras so is the Nikon D40 worth it, or would I be better off with a digital camera?
Like Sony does….but besides Sony. I am looking to buy a new camera and I like how sony gives you batteries and a charger.

My condo, built in the 60’s has a Taco brand old coil thermostat that barely works. I want to replace it with a digital, programmable one like a Honeywell or Lux brand. Can I just buy one and replace it or is there something that I need to know about? Is there a certain criteria I need to follow or types to avoid? Thanks!!!
PS: My condo has gas heat and it is paid for in my condo fees.
We had an old cannon 5MP that broke and have a Nikon 10MP coolpix the last 22 months. It’s a lame camera because the shutter speed is so slow we miss pictures of our daughter. She’s either moved or they’re blurry. Any suggestions from photographers out there? Something in the under $200 and under $500 price range? Sony, Cannon? Thank you very much!

i used to have an olympus FE-340
but i didnt like the way it took pictures in the dark and the way it made people look shiny
so im looking for a new camera that is no more then $200 nothing fancy something that can fit in my pocket.. any ideas/advice?
I bought The Hangover on DVD and it also came with the Digital Copy as well. I went to the website, entered the authorization code and downloaded the Digital Copy to my laptop. It downloaded two versions, one for your pc and another for a portable device. Both of them have licenses and they work on my laptop. I tried copying the portable file to my phone (Samsung Omnia) but when I try watching it on my phone it says I need to download a license to watch it. I click ok but it ask for the authorization code again but it wont let me use it since I already used it the first time to download it. So how the hell am I suppose to watch it on my phone, I downloaded it successfully and has the licenses when I watch it on my laptop. I even tried the pc version but it still says it need to acquire a license to watch. Can anyone help me with this……….
