Copying Digital Video of a movie to another laptop or PS3?

I just bought a digital copy of a movie and installed it on my laptop using an unlock code which I read later on that was for one time use only. Now I have that movie installed only on my laptop and cannot watch elsewhere.
Is is possible to have that movie on my PS3 or on a DVD so I can watch on a regular DVD Player.

Yeah i get what your saying "TheDigitalPhotographer" but i just got a Nikon Coolpix as a gift and i am disapointed in it for these reasons: Poor Picture Quality
Poor Battery Life
Touchscreen hard to use
Not good with action pictures
And i was wondering if the Canon would impress me more?!

for x mas my mum brought me the atmt 7 inch pink digital photo frame the problem is that i cant connect it to my computer to put the pictures on it? it doesnt fit into the USB slot? so is it meant to go somewhere else, im really stuck please help!
