Do professionals ever use digital 8 to film or do they always use mini dv? i have a sony dcr trv330 and I really like it but I also have a sony hc52 and I like it but I can’t hold it as steady and it doesn’t have as many functions as the trv330. Is it stupid for me to use the digital 8 trv330 over the mini dv hc52?
@Lare, The other option is not SD cards. The other option is Mini DV.

I recently moved far away via air and had to check my hard drive and now after being beat up on the fight it won’t show up on any computer. I need the info on it ASAP. What can I do. I have a MAC!
Thanks for any help!

Why am I not able to open photos saved to cd from old digital cameras? I no longer have the software. Is there a way to by-pass the "cannot recognize jpg" message?
Thanks!
Update what? I am opening with Photoshop and Paintshop Pro. All other files open, just not jpgs with old HP camera.

i hopped in my uncles old school 300zx and it had a futuristic instrument dash, then i realized that alot of the late 80s cars had digital dashes, what was up during that period? i remembered my dads 87 firebird having that. Was it a craze to feel like a jet? i can recal remembering back in the 90s when i was 7 that everybody fanatized flying cars and wacky ideas. Anyone wanna discuss?

I’m looking to buy a compact digital camera to take in my purse when I go out, but I seem to blink whenever a flash goes off. I’ve been researching online and found cameras that have the blink detection feature or some cameras have a blink proof feature on them. What is the difference between these two features? Which type of camera would be the best one for my situation? Thanks!

This question has been asked a lot over the years but I’d like to ask again to include the late 2009-early 2010 releases. I’m taking a trip soon so I’m looking for a compact camera that has a good balance between taking photos and videos (leaning towards photos). Would really love to hear what everyone thinks
Large max aperture and big zoom range would also be nice. Thanks in advance!
p.s. or am I asking too much from one camera? =/
