What’s a good digital camera with great battery life that’s also not too thick?

I have a Samsung PL70 . It comes with a rechargable battery, so you plug it in . (no more batteries to throw away! whoo! )
Its not thick.
If you are planning to get this camera , just make sure you charge it ALL THE WAY before you use it . That wil make the battery life last longer .
I got a bundle (came with a case , and SD card) at Best Buy , for $220.00 CAD.
Its a pretty good camera . It has HD video too , and more .
