Olympus Pro digital dictation?
Posted on Feb 04, 2010 under Digital news and reports |In Olympus pro I have a file "stuck" in folder A, as the software opens it says the file is not a supported format, but how do I delete it?

is the file a .dss .dss2 or .wav file? If so, the file should play.
you can explore to the folder to delete it if necessary.
right click on your windows start button, click explore, click on your c drive, click on program files (not programs, but program files) click on olympus, and click on folder a. you will see the "stuck" file. you might choose to cut and paste it to another location such as your desktop if it is an important file.
