Comparing frequency in a digital waveform?

I was wandering if there was a free program to display a binary input at different frequencies. I know I can do this with a pencil and paper but I am writing a report and would like to present three different frequencies in my word document as an image. My waveform is 10100000101 = 41= ascii A at 8.8kHz, 9.6kHz and 10.5kHz. I would like to display the time high and time low at each frequency with the same end time and show the expansion and compression of the high and low frequencies.

Hello! I’m looking to buy my first camera which I hope is digital and not dSLR. I probably will never take it out of automatic mode, but I may edit my photos a little bit. What really matters to me is the camera’s optical zoom! I cannot stress that enough. The more, the better (to me)! I would also like if the camera had a big LCD screen and wasn’t too expensive. Of course, photo quality matters to me, too! If you could find me a digital camera that fit these picky standards, I would thank you greatly and try to answer a few of your questions, too!
