okay so I was browsing the digital cameras walmart had and I saw one that cost 39 bucks. In the description it says it needs 2 AA 1.5v alkaline batteries. Well I have 4 rechargeable energizer batteries that are 1.2 volts and it’s NIMH not alkaline. Is it not compatible? what would happen if I put the ones I have and not the alkaline?
I could only find one boom box with both a digital FM tuner & a CD player that plays CDs with mp3s on them. And that model was almost $300.
Tons have a connection or docking port, but if it has mp3 CD capability, it’s got an analog tuner.
A week ago I broke my Nikon CoolPix S550. I accidentally dropped it while the lens was out, and now all it says is "Lens Error." I was dumb, and pushed the lens back in. And so now it’s pretty much crap. I need to buy a new camera by April 2nd because it’s my birthday party that weekend! Any suggestions? I’m looking for anything under $250. I don’t need anything SUPER high-tech. But I don’t want anything really difficult to use, or grainy/poor quality pictures or a big lag between taking pictures. I’m gonna post a few links to cameras I was looking at, because now that I’ve looked at so many, I just don’t know what to pick.
And the reason I want to stick with Nikon is 1) I learned the main buttons already. and 2) most likely my battery and memory card from my first camera will still be compatible.

I’ve noticed that on Flickr and other websites you cannot save certain photos to you hard-drive.. well the file saves but the image does not show up. I’d love to learn how to do this with my photos too so no one can save them as their own.

I have a Sony Cyber-Shot Digital Camera 7.2 megapixel. I’ve had it for 2-3 years now and the zoom no longer works if I try to zoom in an error message pops up and says "turn camera off and on" everything else stills works just not the zoom. I’m getting a new camera soon anyway but my mom wants to know if this one is worth getting fixed and can you even get a zoom on a digital camera fixed?
Whenever I upload my pictures from my Nikon Coolpix s360 onto Facebook, the pictures are rather small compared to other people’s and my previous pictures from a different camera. Someone told me I probably need to switch some setting on the actual camera. I don’t know how to do this though. Please help. =)

–I would check the manual, but I’m studying abroad right now in a different country and I got this camera a few weeks before I left so I didn’t figure it out all the way before I left. I didn’t think to pack the manual with me.
