What is the best digital camera brand that shoots clear crisp pictures?
Posted on Jun 22, 2010 under Digital news and reports |It doesn’t necessarily have to be the BEST brand, but from your experience, generally, what is a good brand for digital cameras that shoots clean, crisp, and clear pictures? Of course I know it will depend on other factors too such as the quality, expense, number of mega pixels and such but generally, what is a good place to start? What brand has been the best at this from your experience?
I ask because I own a kodak and I have been having problems with unrealistic looking photos where the background looks fake and the front looks more realistic. There is also an unrealistic differentiation of light.

The best are Canon or Nikon. They both have the same general build and shoot great pictures. Its all up to how much you want to pay for clean crisp pictures.

Only you can assure clear, crisp shots. Any of the cameras listed on this website are able to produce amazing images. Whether they do or not is based upon your skills as a photographer

If you happen to find a camera NOT listed on dpreview, don’t buy it. It will be some generic camera with issues you will not want to deal with while learning how to compose excellent images

Cameras do a lot of over processing to make the picture look sharp.
Unfortunately, the software in the cameras cannot do a good job, so the picture end up like what you describe.
You should look for cameras that take raw, unprocessed pictures and do your own processing.
