What does smart auto do in a digital camera?

Smart Auto sets every thing for you.
It finds the subject, selects the scene mode, sets the shutter speed and aperture, adjusts for colour and brightness, focuses on faces and all you have to do is compose the shot and press the shutter button.
In Smart Shutter, you set the camera and when it sees a smile, it takes a picture.
I quite like the Wink Self Timer. Once you set it up, get in the picture and when you’re ready, wink at the camera…two seconds later it snaps the picture.
The iso setting is not something you need to worry about. It’s the light sensitivity of the sensor. If you’ll be using the stuff above….forget it exists.
