Download the file using http://www.zamzar.com and then upload the file it to your camera.

i have not tried putting videos from my phone to my digital camera so you can try this.:
1. Go to Zamzar.com
2. Select ‘Download Video’
3. copy and paste your youtube video onto the bar below it and convert it into a file your camera can use to play.
Now i don’t know which file type your camera can play, but when you do, use your usb cord to imput the video file on your camera.
To do this:
1. copy your video file from your downloads folder
2. go to ‘My Computer’ or ‘Computer’
3. go click on something called F: (Not DVD drive)
4. if you are presented with a list of folders, click on one that looks like something for videos and paste your video from your downloads folder here. if not, then just paste it there. then remove your cord thing and check your camera.
Remember, you must have a file type from zamzar that supports your camera.
For example: phones have a file type of MP4 and 3gp. I don’t think your camera carries these file type examples. you might want to research what files your camera can carry and play.
However this is just an idea i’ve never tried. I intend to try it but give it a shot!
BTW: Zamzar does not have viruses, malware, adware or any of that. going on the site itself has popups but overall it’s free.

Yeah, easy way. First. dowload youtube videos to your computer harddrive, many websites can free download youtube videos, such as splandoo.com. Then you shuld make sure which video format can be supported by your digital camera through your camera user manual, so if the downloaded videos are compatible with your camera, you can upload the downloaded youtube videos to your digitall camera directly, if not, you need to use a right software to convert the downloaded youtube videos to the right your camera videos, I am using RZ Video Converter which can convert any videos or audios between different formats with good quality, such as convert the downloaded youtube videos to the right your camera videos, etc. Then you can upload the converted videos to your digital camera. Yahoo or google search and download RZ Video Converter. Hope it can help you.

WARNING … WARNING … WARNING … WARNING … WARNING
When YouTube redesigned their video’s "watch pages” back in April,
they also reconfigured the "orientation" of their video’s source codes.
As such, practically EVERY SINGLE DOWNLOADER is now a dud.
You’ll have to do lots of up-to-date research — and also be very wary
of the multitude of ‘’spammers" here on Y!Answers who are trying to
SUCKER people into buying their ”no-longer-usable” bogus software.
