I have a GE RC24912-B remote and don’t have the codes. I’m trying to program it to an ATSC11 digital tuner.?

I have a GE RC24912-B remote and an ATSC11 digital tuner and a 19 inch RCA TV. I don’t have manuals or codes for any of them. Can you tell me how to make them all work together? I will using a rabbit ears antenna to get reception.

    RCA TV codes: 0031, 0004, 0048, 0054, 0094, 0100, 0102, 0107, 0129, 0191, 0005, 0009, 0000, 0162, 0163, 0342, 0003, 0015, 0022, 0096, 0113, 0125, 0179, 0187, 0188

    RCA DTV receiver codes: 0658, 0636

    1. Press and hold the SETUP button until the red indicator stays on, then release the SETUP button.
    2. Press and release the desired device button (TV,DVD, etc ). The red indicator blinks, then stays lit.
    3. Enter the 4 digit code . Note: after a valid code entry, the red indicator turns off. For an invalid code, the red indicator flashes.
    4. With your device on, press ON•OFF. If the device turns off, no further programming is required. Note: If some buttons do not operate your equipment, try one of the other codes for your brand.

    If your device does not respond after you have tried all the codes for your brand, or if your brand is
    not listed, try searching for your code by following these steps.

    1. Manually turn on the device (TV, DVD, etc.) to be controlled.
    2. Press and hold the SETUP button until the red indicator stays on, then release the SETUP button.
    3. Press and quickly release the desired device button (TV, DVD, etc.). The red indicator blinks off once.
    4. Press the ON•OFF button repeatedly (up to 300 times) until the device to be controlled turns
    off. The red indicator blinks off with each button press.
    5. Press and release ENTER to install the code.
