How is this set up for a beginner digital DJ ? Links all go to amazon. What else should i add ?

The title is pretty self explanatory. I want to be a DJ and use my laptop for digital mixing. Any advice from pros out there would be great.

Are there any better replacements for that price range ? The midi controller I am going to try to get new if possible or I’ll get it used.

doesn’t digital stereo sound annoy you sometimes..?

you know how most songs have stereo effect nowadays.. doesn’t that irritate you sometimes, especially over the headphones?
sometimes i just like to listen to the song plain.. i.e in Mono ..just to embrace the originality .one drum beat in the left ear and the trumpet on the right ear is not always ..pleasant.

i am on the third day of my period and i just got a smiley on my clearblue digital test. i only took the test because i am trying so hard to have a baby and ive been wondering why it hasnt been working. now im starting to wonder if ive been ovulating this early in my cycle all this time and maybe this is why i havent gotten pregnant yet. i have a 25 day cycle and today is day 3. please telll me what you think…. do you think it coudl be a false positive or could this be foreal ?

How do I make my digital cable box work with basic cable?

I have basic cable and I’ve connected it to an older Motorola digital cable box, but nothing is happening. It continues to say "One Moment Please. This channel should be available shortly" and it gives me a reference number. Is it not working because I don’t have a cable package with Motorola?

Which input to use for digital TV antenna?

I have 3 inputs on my TV tuner card: TV, ANT, and FM.

Should I use TV or ANT for the digital antenna? Neither seems to pick up any channels. The card is an Hauppauge HVR 1850, which should support digital over the air TV.

I can pick up plenty of channels on my "normal" TV so the antenna is fine.

I love using my film camera, but developing the photos can get very expensive. So I was wondering if there was any specific camera or setting on a camera that could make me have more grainy photographs/look more like film?
