Anyway, it says error. I still have the receipt. Is it possible to get it exchanged or to get a refund? I’m not trying to be gross, but it was an expensive test and if I’m going to pay money for something I want it to work lol

This conveniently has a sister school which foreigners attend, and learn Japanese, then if I read correctly don’t have to pay tuition for the sister school after graduation from the Japanese Language school. http://www.jst.ac.jp/us/school/greetings.html
So this is a college, and requires a high school level education. I’m currently 16 years old and too young to apply, but however at the least want to look into at the least.
I have no experience with any of this stuff, applying to college, or even talking about the subject. But short and simple, I like digital painting, cg, anime, manga, and have put in effort watching amateur lessons… and practicing, copying real artist’s work… all that stuff which is ill advised, but want to take this to the next level. I seek a career in manga, likely starting off as a partner for an artist…
Another problem, my Japanese sucks, and I only have a few years of schooling in the language… but that’s what the language school is for.
Anyway I have no idea how I’m going to start this. I guess I have to make contact with them, but even through emails and trying to ship in brochures haven’t worked out well… I’m sort of awkward navigating this website…
But what’s really bugging me is validation, I mean I don’t mean to sound suspicious about a school that could be my salvation for the success my goals XD. But I don’t want to send anyone any money without a tour or something of the sort, even if I have to wait a few years.
