How can i expand a size of a digital photo?

i want to expand this picture ^^^^^^^^^^^^^ and i want it preferably a size that is almost the same length as average copy paper…

and i'll put it on photo paper to make it stronger…so yeah…

could you please give me instructions on how to expand a photo?

Why is the Government making everyone buy digital converter boxes?

The government is now making all the channels HD (High Definition) so anyone who doesnt own an HD TV Will need one on FEB.17.2009 in order to watch TV. So the government is giving away $40 coupons to buy the converter boxes. Why are they doing this?

If the Digital TV Switch was Postponed, Why are Channels Still Saying Feb 17th?

NBC and ABC are the only two channels I get, and they keep showing those annoying commercials indicating that the switch will happen on the 17th. But NOW I keep hearing that the government postponed it, and the commercials are still there??? Someone explain, please.

(btw, if it is being postponed, that's actually a bit of a relief to me… my box doesn't work, lol. XD That's what I get for putting off buying it for so long.)

I am looking for a digital camera that would fit these needs..?

All I need for the camera is to be pretty cheap, and be able to take a decent quality picture. I am not looking for the sharpest detail, but just a nice overall look. Video capture and the ability to capture sound would be nice too. The most uses I'd probably use it for are pictures with family, friends and just general use. thanks in advance!

My first digital camera 6.1mp HP makes movies too dark?

It has many features for taking pictures I like, but has no options for making a movie. Both my cats are black and I cannot make indoor movies of them bc the contrast is so high I can't see their faces in normal indoor light. What feature do I look for in a camera or camcorder that will allow it to "see" better in normal indoor light. I have many movies of my cats where I can't see their face at all, it's just jet black. What terminology should I look for in buying a camcorder that shows it is good in low light?

Does anyone else think that 600 Million for Digital Coverters is a stupid idea?

Why would the government want to give out coupons for converter boxes to an old analog TV in which no more are going to be made? It would make sense to give them a coupon to buy a NEW digital TV. Pretty soon the analogs will be obsolete so why invest in a product that is shortly obsolete? I think the stimulus is needed but I hope this is removed!

Replacing a White-Rodgers thermostat with a Honeywell digital thermostat…?

I recently bought a Honeywell thermostat model number RTH2310B, it has five wires as following: RH, RC, W,Y,G
My current thermostat is a White-Rodgers, Comfort set, Type 1F72-312 and the wires are: TC, R, W, Y, G
W, Y and G are Obvious, but I need to find out about TC and R, is there anyone who can help me out and let me know how to wire the TC and R to the new thermostat RH and RC terminals.

if there was a Digital channel in the UK could I get it thru my digital signal? Does it depend on how close the countries are?
