I found the following article, http://www.indydtv.com/news.php?id=47, and it states you can get FREE DTV without having cable or Dish service. Is this correct? If so, do I have to purchase both the antenna and the converter box (I do not have a HDTV tv) And where would I purchase the antenna?

Not getting digital transition?

After a couple years of hearing about this. Months and months of tv ads and news stories how could people still not understand whats going to happen? People still ask what it is. They think they need a special kind of cable, or tv. Is it just that people don't pay attention? My local news station still does stories on it, and say people keep calling in confused about it.
