I am using Imation CD-R 1x-52x 700mb DATA/MUSIC/PHOTOS cds
Do I need to use a different kind? All photos and music are fine. Its just the transfer of the avi to cd that does not play smoothly.
Hmmm, that is a good idea, faster cd-rom, but what is considered fast?

I haven’t been able to really search for the answer to that question, yet it seemed implied in something i read.
I have a 5 year old or so 1080i HDTV, and i cant get over the air HD channels with my roofs antenna.
I noticed on the back of the TV there’s a spot for a cord that says “to converter.” With that there, im assuming im going to need a converter box.
So when i get one, what should i be looking for? Are there converters that will let me get the HD broadcasts in HD, or just converters that take the digital signal and turn it into something my TV can show as normal video?

I don’t have cable, so I don’t know if my TV has a digital converter or not. I’m not sure if Dish Network does either. Can you please tell me if I would have to buy one?
Oh, and how am I supposed to make it work?

My silly digital camera keeps telling me I need to format the memory card that inserts into it.
I have formatted the card 20 times now and the thing keeps telling me the same thing over and over again.

It’s a Dell, and has Windows Vista, if that makes any difference.

When I plug in the USB cord it pops up and says “Apple iPod” for the title of the box, but then it says “Camera Connected” and gives me options of programs to select to open when it is connected (and iTunes isn’t one of them). Does anyone have any suggestions?

Does anyone have any suggestions how to get it to read as an iPod so I can actually put music on it? It doesn't even register on iTunes, so I can't drag anything onto it.

Does anybody knows any good converters that you can take VHS tapes and turn them into like a MPEG file for example. Also one that you can stop at a certain moment for the tape.
